Is there possibility that wpml autofill translate fields with texts which were already translated in previous products? As we now that multiple products from time to time has identical texts?

Hi,

Yes, this is possible using the Advanced Translation Editor.

If you do all your translations using it, the default translation editor, it will save all of the translated texts in a Translation Memory. Then, when you translate another post with the same exact original text, it will automatically fill the translated content with the one from the Translation Memory.
Please take a look at our documentation to read more about this:

Strange.
I translate with an advanced editor and for each of my pages, I have to add my team names again and again. I will reread the documentation, but for now – I have to do the same multiple times. We love the automatic translation function and advanced editor, but some functions make us a bit confused. For example, some texts are separated into multiple fields. For example text like: Hello, my name is Max, goes:
1. Field: Hello, my name
2. Field 2: is Max;
We have multiple questions before extending our plan. Is there possible to create a single thread and ask all questions, or do I have to create a multiple for each question?

Thank you for your feedback.

When translating content with the Advanced Translation Editor, WPML segments it into sentences or phrases. This helps to apply a saved translation as soon as it finds a match. Any remaining segments are left untranslated.

Please open a new ticket for each of your further questions. This will also help other users with similar problems find solutions when searching the forum and avoid being confused with different questions on the same thread.
