This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client was unable to find the template for error pages created with Brickbuilder in the Translation Management to translate it from English to Hungarian.
Solution:
We recommended the client to either click the plus icon on the templates page to translate the template directly or navigate to WPML > Translation Management, avoid selecting 'Template' as it might be a different post type, select 'ALL', search for the 404 template, and then send it for translation.

If this solution does not apply because it is outdated or not relevant to your case, we suggest opening a new support ticket. We also highly recommend checking related known issues, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If further assistance is needed, please contact us on the WPML support forum.

Hello,
I am trying to: i use Brickbuilder. Original language: English, second lanuage is Hungarian. I made a tempalate for error pages in English (see screnshot).

I expected that this new template appears in Translation and i can translate it to Hungarian.

Instead, I got: "No document found" (see screenshot)-

How can I translate this template?
Regards, Zsolt

Hi Zsolt,

Thank you for contacting WPML support. While you are waiting for one of my colleagues to take this ticket and work on it, let me provide you with the first debugging steps and try to help with the issue quickly.

You can click the plus icon in your templates page and translate it or go to WPML > Translation Management and not select Template, I think that is a different post type, select ALL and then search for your 404 template and send for translation.

Let us know how it goes.

Regards,
Drazen

Hi Dražen,
You're right: When I select all post type, 404 page is showed.
Thank you.

The next problem is the following:
I translated the strings, but the hungarian remained English.
take a look: hidden link

I also attached a screenshot on translation editor.

Why translation is not refreshed?
