This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
The client was unable to find the template for error pages created with Brickbuilder in the Translation Management to translate it from English to Hungarian.
Solution:
We recommended the client to either click the plus icon on the templates page to translate the template directly or navigate to WPML > Translation Management, avoid selecting 'Template' as it might be a different post type, select 'ALL', search for the 404 template, and then send it for translation.
If this solution does not apply because it is outdated or not relevant to your case, we suggest opening a new support ticket. We also highly recommend checking related known issues, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins.
