Hello,
Until I enable your translations plugin, my cart works fine. When I turn it on, part of the text doesn't show anymore. Attaching photos. I want a refund because this plugin is not useful for me. Thank you

Thanks for contacting WPML forums support. I'll be glad to help you today.

1) We could help you fix the cart issue. Please let me know if you use any custom cart templates or plugins.

2) It's not related to the issue, but according to your Debug.info, the WP memory limit needs to be increased. PHP memory is fine, but WordPress uses 40Mb as default. The minimum requirements for WPML are 128 MB. (Kindly check this page https://wpml.org/home/minimum-requirements/)

You can increase it by adding the following code in your wp-config.php file right before the /* That's all, stop editing! Happy publishing. */ line:

define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M');
define( 'WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M');

Thank you for your reply.
I increased the PHP limit as you wrote, thanks.
The website was created by a company that refused to continue the work. Therefore, it is difficult to say what they did. However, it was precisely because of this mistake that they did not want to continue the work.
If the main language is Lithuanian, this problem does not exist. The entire order is fully displayed, after turning on the translations, only the name remains, the entire order is gone. This order is handled by AMELIA.

Thanks for your update. It could be a compatibility issue because the "AMELIA" plugin is not officially compatible with WPML. Kindly check our compatibility list here. (https://wpml.org/plugin/)

Please log in to this sandbox site and upload the "AMELIA" plugin. (hidden link)

After that, please create a test product and translate it to replicate the issue. If the issue is replicable, please let me know the steps to reproduce it.

Thanks for the reply.
I installed AMELIA.
However, I have no experience working with your translations. Can you help me? Or you try it yourself?
I prefer to translate everything through loco translate.
The company has translated my website - and something failed, they then tried polylang.
I tried to reset your database to try a new clean translation using your instructions from the page, but my website crashes. Then I restore from a copy.

Thanks for your update. So the issue is not replicable on the sandbox site. By following these steps, could you please check if the issue persists in a minimal environment on your site?

1- Deactivate all the plugins except the active plugins on the sandbox.
2- Switch to a WordPress default theme like Twenty Twenty-one.

If the issue is gone, activate them one by one to see which is causing an interaction issue.

Astra pro I have theme.
Plugins didn't cause the problem. It appeared after activating the theme I used and purchased.

But in English and Lithuanian it shows well with ASTRA theme. It only shows the Russian language poorly.
