This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client reported two issues: firstly, the English version and the multilingual version of their site were opening different pages. Secondly, the swatches in the quantity options were not functioning correctly. Additionally, the client mentioned that certain elements like the 'Free Shipping over 40 Euro' header and footer descriptions were not translating despite being translated in the WPML String Translation tab.
Solution:
For the first issue, we identified that the product page was created using the Elementor template, and the translated product page was using a different template. We advised the client to recheck the translation template. For further assistance, we provided a link to the documentation on creating different Elementor templates per language with WPML: https://wpml.org/documentation/plugins-compatibility/elementor/creating-different-elementor-templates-per-language-with-wpml/
For the second issue regarding the ShopEngine plugin, we instructed the client to manually create the translation template for the single product template in the English language by navigating to ShopEngine > Builder Templates. We also provided documentation for further guidance: https://wpmet.com/doc/wpml-woocommerce-multilingual-template/

If these solutions do not resolve your issues or if they seem outdated, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the problem persists, please open a new support ticket at WPML support forum.

Hi Mariya,

Thank you for contacting WPML support, I’m happy to help you with this issue.

I see the product page is created by the Elementor template, and the translation product page has a different template. That could be the issue, please recheck the translation template.

I also need more information on your site by sharing the debug info. If you don’t know how to share the debug info, please follow this article https://wpml.org/faq/provide-debug-information-faster-support/
Your next reply is enabled to share the debug info.

Refer documentation https://wpml.org/documentation/plugins-compatibility/elementor/creating-different-elementor-templates-per-language-with-wpml/

We limit one issue per ticket only so I will split your second issue into another ticket for better handling.

Looking forward to your reply.
Thanks

Hi,

The single product template in the English language is created with the ShopEngine plugin. Please go to ShopEngine > Builder Templates > Create the translation template manually.
Refer documentation hidden link

Looking forward to your reply.
Thanks

when I first login I saw 2 templates EN and HU, but when I try to edit one - all disappear and when I go to
go to ShopEngine > Builder Templates > it is empty... see attached image.

Hi,

That issue isn't related to WPML itself. The empty screen still occurs if I deactivate WPML on your site. There is a way to show it up by opening the Inspect tool of the browser. Here is the screen record hidden link

It could be affected by another plugin or the theme, you can deactivate all plugins except ShopEngine and recheck the issue. I also suggest you contact ShopEngine support to get further assistance.

Thanks.
