Tell us what you are trying to do?

I have translated a review into more than 20 languages. Before translating I added the main keyword to the Glossary, cause I do not want it to be translated. Then I used Automated Translation and in almost every secondary language there was a place where this Glossary entry was recognized by the WPML plugin but translated NOT correctly. The worst situation is with the Japanese language (hidden link), even when I edit the translation and use the "lightning" button it wouldn't translate the entries. What should I do to make all entries to be translated correctly?

Thank you for contacting WPML support, I'd be happy to help you with this issue.

Can you please share some screenshots of the glossary "Trader Ai" on your site? There is a new UI when adding a glossary from WPML 4.6.5, I suggest you can set the Glossary Type to "Name" and recheck this issue. Refer to the documentation

Hello,
yes, I read this documentation after UI was updated and this entry was added with the type "Name", but I have deleted it and added it again, just to be on the safe side (pls see the screenshot), but it is still not translating this entry correctly. I have tried the lightning button from within the Advanced Translation Editor - it did not work, then translated the entire post to Japanese using automated translation from WPML Dashboard - did not work either.

I've tested this Glossary text "Trader Ai" on my local site and only see the issue occurs when the text stands alone, it works correctly in a paragraph, please check this screen record hidden link

I'm asking our 2nd tier support about this issue and update you here when I have something to share.

I wonder if it would be possible to have access to your site? we have tried many different scenarios which have worked for us and we'd like to use the trader AI page (or a clone of that page, which would be even better) and test if something different happens on your end.

See, the changes you see are not really coming from us but from DEEPL, and we'd like to check your site to see if there's a specific configuration that we are missing now before we try to re-translate the page.
