Correct the spelling mistake ""Per Seat Annual Subcription Plan" to "Per Seat Annual Subscription Plan", for translations /gb and /au
Is there a similar example that we can see?
The update to the base nz language works, but the translations are not firing.. probably due to 'Copy Once'.
I understand what you're looking for. If the translation setting for the field is set to "Copy Once," this means that the content will only be copied over to the translation once, during the initial translation. After that, you'll need to manually update the translation by accessing and editing the translated version in the editor.
To manually update the translation of existing content, follow these steps:
- From your WordPress Dashboard, use the language switcher in the top bar (hidden link) to switch to the language you want to update.
- Then, find the page with the translated custom field and open it in the WordPress editor.
- Make the necessary text adjustments and save your changes.
Please let me know if the information helps or if you need further assistance in this matter. I will be happy to help.
I've inspected the cart page and the text seems to be added within your custom theme "Alpha AML." If you've modified the WooCommerce Cart template within your theme, could you ensure that translation support is included for that text? Specifically, the text should be enclosed within the gettext function so that you can translate it from WPML > String Translation. For more detailed instructions, please refer to this guide: https://wpml.org/documentation/support/translating-the-theme-you-created/#using-gettext-functions-in-php
But, if the issue persists, a closer inspection will be required to understand the root cause of the issue.
I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at the issue. It would be better to have a testing site where the issue is replicated. You can use any of your mail to create the access.
You will find the needed fields below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it.
IMPORTANT
-Please backup site files and database before providing us access.
-If you do not see the wp-admin/FTP fields this means your post & website login details will be made PUBLIC. DO NOT post your website details unless you see the required wp-admin/FTP fields. If you do not, please ask me to enable the private box. The private box looks like this: hidden link
Looking forward to your response.
