Background of the issue:
I bought the Multilingual CMS package and I want to do automatic translations. My company will not let me download any plugins before testing it out on the staging environment, and I also have little access on the main site WP editor.

Symptoms:
It shows that I have 0 credits and I cannot connect my public domain's credits.

Questions:
Why does it show that I have 0 credits?
How can I connect my public domain's credits on a staging environment?

Hi there.

From what I can see, you have 80k credits assigned to your WPML.org account (here you should see them: https://wpml.org/account).

And you should be able to assign them as explained here:
https://wpml.org/documentation/automatic-translation/how-to-assign-automatic-translation-credits-to-your-sites/

I also see that some credits were assigned to this site, too:
shop.sunbeamsystem.com

Can you please confirm that this is accurate?

I should have 80k credits but i can not see them anywhere on WPML.org.

I also can not assign them anywhere, i believe it is due to it being tied to shop.sunbeamsystem.com. (yes they are assigned to this site)

Can you guys please remove the shop.sunbeamsystem.com and replace it with our test site hidden link.

The reason we want it to be on the staging environment is because my company does not allow untested plugins installed on the main domain.

I will also add an picture that shows that i dont see any credits on my accounts page.

This is very strange, as I can see the credits without issues.

I can't remove a website WPML key from under your account; only you can (from here: https://wpml.org/account/sites), but what I can do if you want is I can move all the credits (or a part of them) that you have available to this exact website: staging31.shop.sunbeamsystem.com

I think that will help you move forward and start the translation.

Please let me know if you want me to do that.

Can you please go now to the backend of this site (staging31.shop.sunbeamsystem.com) > WPML > Translation Management > Tools > and let me know if, on the top-left area, you see the credits assigned to the site?

They should be there now.
