I cannot disconnect 2 websites to start new one

dennisB-42	Background of the issue: I want to get the credits of this website because I have to use it for a new one. Also, the website hidden link has to be disconnected. I do not see the connected websites on my account, and access via WordPress is not working. Link to a page where the issue can be seen: hidden link Symptoms: I cannot disconnect 2 websites to start a new one. dennisB-42	Can I check if the other site returned all credits well yesterday? I do not see any credits more on firstaidvt.com but I am not sure if those credits are back to my WMPL account.

Could you elaborate more so I can have a better understanding? Note: I removed the credentials because they were publicly shared.
