Background of the issue:
I have moved the data from the development environment to the public environment (dev -> www). Due to the modification work, the contents updated in the development environment have been moved to the public environment. The environment has changed from 'dev.~~~.co.jp' to 'www.~~~.co.jp'.

Symptoms:
There is a possibility that I am seeing a different screen than usual because the environment has changed.

Questions:
Is there any problem with the license after moving the data from the development environment to the public environment?
Is there any change in my license or contract status?

Hi Yusuke,

Thank you for contacting WPML support, I’m happy to help you with this issue.

The sitekey (license) doesn't relate to the migration process from the dev site to the live site. It should be updated after the process is done.
Refer documentation https://wpml.org/documentation/translating-your-contents/advanced-translation-editor/using-advanced-translation-editor-when-you-move-or-use-a-copy-of-your-site/

If the migration process cannot be completed, there could be an issue on your site. I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at the issue. Your next reply is set to private to share the info.

❌ IMPORTANT: Please backup your database and website before proceeding ❌
You can use this plugin to create the backup: https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/
✙ I would need your permission to de-activate and re-activate Plugins and the Theme to change configurations on the site if needed. This is also a reason the backup is critical.

Looking forward to your reply.
Thanks
