Background of the issue:
I want to import customer data from my current online store (using Shopware) into WordPress using a CSV or Excel file. I tried importing customer data CSV file with 'Tool' -> 'Import users and customers from CSV', but I got an error message.

Symptoms:
I got an error message when trying to import customer data CSV file using 'Tool' -> 'Import users and customers from CSV'.

Questions:
Is it possible to import customer data from Shopware into WordPress using a CSV or Excel file?
Do I need to install a paid plugin to solve the import issue? If so, which one should I use?

Can you tell me if this happens if WPML is deactivated? As I see no mention of WPML in your ticket description.

I think WPML is activated. The screenshot (01-1) below shows that 'WPML All Import' and 'WPML Export and Import' is installed and active.
However we did't buy plugin 'Import Pro Package' with 'Users'.
Should I buy and install this plugin? Or is there a specific format required for the customer data CSV file to import it?

Can you check if happens when WPML Multilingual CMS is deactivated?

As for the other plugin, I can't comment its features as we are not its developers.

I checked deactivated WPML Multilingual CMS and import CSV file(costom list data) , but I got this message.

I see that the errors occur regardless of whether WPML is activated, which suggests this is not an issue related to WPML support.

Just to clarify, you're using a specific plugin to import users, correct? If so, I recommend reaching out to their support team for further assistance.
