[Resolved] My domain language keep switching in the URL bar and disconnecting me
This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem: The client was experiencing issues where the domain in the URL was frequently changing, causing them to be logged out repeatedly. This issue was particularly problematic when trying to edit pages with Elementor, and it seemed related to domain changes. Solution: We adjusted the settings in WPML > Language > Language URL Format to stabilize the URL behavior. We recommended the client to try accessing their site using a different browser to check if the issue persists. It was found that using Chrome resolved the issue, whereas Safari continued to present problems. We suggested continuing with Chrome until future updates might address the issue in Safari.
If this solution does not resolve your issue, or if it seems outdated, we recommend opening a new support ticket. We also advise checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. For further assistance, please visit our support forum at WPML Support Forum.

Background of the issue:
Keep a stable language environment ( When I log as ad admin, I expect to keep the same URL in the bar and don't be disconnected)
Symptoms:
My Domain is changing often in the url and I am kicked out of the system and ask me to religion again and again.
Questions:
Why the domain ion the URL is always changing. My User are in French, the url for login is the French one (fondationlhjmq.com/wp-admin)
If you're not sure and would like us to investigate this further for you, please share temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to a test site where the problem has been replicated, if possible. This will enable me to provide better assistance and determine if any configurations need to be modified.
Please note that it is important to have a backup for security purposes and to prevent any potential data loss. You can use the UpdraftPlus plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/updraftplus/) to fulfill your backup requirements.
Your upcoming reply will be treated with confidentiality and will only be visible to you and me.
✙ To resolve the issue, I may need your consent to deactivate and reactivate plugins and the theme, as well as make configuration changes on the site if necessary. This emphasizes the significance of having a backup.
I've made some changes to your WPML > Language > Language URL Format as shown in the attached screenshot and could you please retry now and see if it works better now?
It seems to work fine when I log in. However, I think that shouldn't break anything if the domain changes in the backend. Is there anything that still doesn't work on your end?
When I login into my dashboard, edit a page, change the language the system still kick me out. I created a video to show you. The reason I need to clarify this situation is that I need to install WPL on 3 other big web site and I don't want to repeat the same behaviour. : hidden link
When you switch to English, the site loads the English domain, which is expected behavior. I’ve attempted to reproduce the issue, but it appears to load correctly on my end, as shown in this video: hidden link . Could you please try accessing it with a different browser and let me know if that resolves the issue? During my tests, I didn’t encounter any logout problems.
Thank you once again for your excellent support and professionalism. It’s now working properly in Chrome. Hopefully, a future version of Safari will address the issue.
For now, we will continue using Chrome for this site.
