Tell us what you are trying to do.
1. I shared the key with my developer for him to set up the plugin but then when he finished I wanted to change it so I removed the website and created a new one. After that, around 86k free credits disappeared. Can I get them back?

2. Is there any way to increase the price by a percentage for the specific country?
Is there any documentation that you are following?
no
Is there a similar example that we can see?
no
What is the link to your site? hidden link

Hi there.

I checked your WPML.org account and also the Automatic Translation account for the site that you mentioned.

As you will see in the screenshots below, the 90k credits were assigned and used (actually, from what I can see, you used even more than that as your balance is minus right now).

You are currently using this subscription type: Pay as you go

You can also find your Automatic Translation Usage Report if you go to WPML > Translation Management > Automatic Translation > Payment and settings > Automatic Translation Usage Reports (as you can see in the screenshot from the section below):
https://wpml.org/documentation/automatic-translation/automatic-translation-invoices/#where-to-find-your-past-pay-as-you-go-invoices

From my understanding, you also have other questions, too.

Per our Support Policy, we can handle only one issue per ticket.

Continuing with one issue per ticket helps not only supporters to focus on one issue at once, but also enables other users to find solutions to their questions faster.

So, can you please create a new ticket for each new question or issue that you need help with?

Thank you very much for your understanding and cooperation!

Kind regards,
Mihai Apetrei
