Background of the issue:
I am trying to display products under a translated product category on my WordPress site using WPML. The site I need help with is hidden link. The specific category URL is hidden link.
Symptoms:
No products are visible under the translated product category when logged off, but everything appears correctly when logged in.
Questions:
Why are products not visible under the translated product category when logged off?
How can I ensure products are displayed correctly for all users, regardless of login status?
I have checked on the local instance and it seems to work fine after disabling/enabling plugins, might be something that was blocking some parts.
Please follow the next steps:
- Make sure to create a backup
- Switch to Astra parent theme
- Disable all plugins except for WPML plugins and Wocommerce
- Check if the issue still happens, if not, re-enable them back and it should work fine.
