Background of the issue:
I am trying to translate some pages like hidden link using Avada Builder, but not all parts of the page are translated.

Symptoms:
I don't get all of the page translated, only parts of it. In the case of the privacy policy page, the text is the same block, but it does not translate most of it to Arabic. I expected to see it all translated or find it in the translator editor to translate it myself, but it is not even showing full content. Instead, I got missing translation.

Questions:
Why are not all parts of the page translated?
How can I ensure the entire page is translated or appears in the translator editor?

The screenshots you provided do not indicate whether the content is present in the translation editor. From what I can see, the existing entries are translated. Could you please clarify if the text appears in the translation editor? Or does it translate but not show up on the front end?

Have you tried making a slight modification to the original page, saving it, and then navigating to the WPML translation editor?

Are you using the latest version of your theme?

hi, yes im using the latest version and yes i have tried all those. the translation content is incomplete in the editor as mentioned before to begin with. in my screenshots i wanted to show you that im using avada builder and the translation as shown in the link i provided has not translated english to arabic entirely just the first few lines and thats it.. so im not sure if this is a bug or what. also the last time i contacted support i was able to contact via live chat but the chat ended without my problem being resolved. As for now it takes way longer for me to receive any support and the issue is hindering our work.

I cannot convert the support ticket back to chat, but you can open a new chat if needed.

Does the same issue occur if you create or duplicate the same page and translate it?
