Background of the issue:
I have translated the products and templates on my website, which is hidden link. The default language of the website is German. We have translated all the products in English but on clicking the English link the website is still showing the content in German.

First of all, sorry for the late reply; it was due to a higher workload.
I would need to look closely at your site, so I would need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated.
Your answer will be private, meaning only you and I can access it.
❌ Please back up your database and website ❌
✙ I need your permission to deactivate and reactivate the plugins and themes and change site configurations. This is also why the backup is critical.
✙ I also need your permission to take a local copy of your site to debug the issue without affecting your live site.
The new WPML version is too complicated. After trying a lot, I am still struggling with it. It does not display the English translation of a German homepage. Additionally, on all other pages, the header and footer are also different. Please assist in resolving this problem. It is already being long, if I won’t be able to solve it soon, I need to choose another plugin.

The homepage is now working fine, but all other pages are having the same issue – they are either displaying the incorrect header/footer or not displaying them at all. And some pages are not showing the sidebar in English mode. How to fix this problem?

6- Complete the translation

Thank you for your support.
I tried the all the steps you suggested but it has not solved the problem. The Pocket Knife, Watches, Luggage and Diverse pages are showing the wrong header and footer. Kitchen Knife is not even showing the english version; it is showing the German version with no header and wrong footer.
