Background of the issue:
I am using your WPML plugin to translate all my products in WooCommerce. I have translated the products, but I am facing issues with product visibility and pricing in different languages. I am also using B2B King for pricing management.

Symptoms:
When I switch to any language other than Dutch, not all products are shown. In the WooCommerce backend, it says that the documentation of the product will be copied from Dutch for other languages. Additionally, the prices from B2B King are not copied to other languages, and I cannot change them per language.

Questions:
Why are not all products shown in languages other than Dutch?
How can I manage product prices in different languages using B2B King?

Hi there,

Are the products translated or are you currently using the feature to "display as translated" ?

If yes, please test with a product and translate it.

Regarding B2B king plugin, we have one known issue our team is working on resolving.

I tried both of your options today, but I still have 2 problems

1:
In Dutch we have all products stated, and when I go to other languages you don't see all the products. And I translated them all seperately.

2:
In Dutch when you are logged in as a B2B customer, you see correctly all products, in B2B prices without VAT. When I go to another language, I don't see all the products as mentioned in problem 1, AND I see prices without VAT Which is good, but the B2C prices instead of the B2B prices.

I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to test the issue.

(preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible)

**Before we proceed It is necessary to take FULL BACKUP of your database and your website. Providing us with access, you agree that a backup has been taken **

I often use the Duplicator plugin for this purpose: http://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/


You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply.
The information you enter is private which means only you and I have access to it.

NOTE: If access to the live site is not possible and the staging site does not exist please provide me with a duplicator package created with the duplicator plugin.

When I go to WooCommerce->WooCommerce Multilingual I can see that most of the products are indeed translated, however, there are still around 30 products missing translation.

This product here is translated in all languages:

When I attempt to view the translation it redirects me to my account.
Even though the translation exists I get a 302 redirection

However, the same is not happening when viewing other products. For example the shirts work OK but the Accessories do not.

I believe this is related to the B2BKing plugin and this issue here:

1. What are your results when that plugin is deactivated? If you visit this category are you able to see it?

2. Update WPML and it's add-ons along with WooCommerce to their latest versions.

Does the issue persist?

When I visit the category and product now it seems like it's working OK without a redirection, can you please verify with me.

Are you able to still see this issue? is it possible that the changes performed are working now?

Let me know your results, please and if the issue persists share with me where I can reproduce it.
