problem in language chnage

raj-kumarS	Background of the issue: When I open the site by clicking on the Visit Site option from the WordPress dashboard, it does not open the English version of the site, it opens the default Hindi version only and the language switcher at the bottom of the site is not working. Symptoms: When I click on the Visit Site option from the WordPress dashboard, the site opens in the default Hindi version instead of English. Additionally, the language switcher at the bottom of the site is not working.
