When my site loads it shows wihtout the css for few moments hidden link
before it load normally hidden link
Usually I solve this by adding a preloader script code to delay showing a site until it's rendered hidden link
But this script is not loading if I have WPML enabled. I know this because even the favicon is not loading, which is in this code also.
IF I disable WPML Multilingual CMS it works ok.
I have done 300+ pages with this, also with wpml and never had problems 🙁

As we discussed in the chat maybe you have to set a priority for the custom javascript. So please check it with the Divi theme support because the issue is happening without WPML also. Refer to the following thread for more details and let us know your feedback.
