Hi,

I am experiencing a repetitive internal error (server error 500) that occurs frequently. It is quite persistent, and I am not fully sure why it is happening.

The resolution is simple: I disable the WPML plugin - everything back to normal and the website is reachable!
Another resolution way: go to the main homepage and commit its permalink.

The underlying root cause is unknown, and it is a persistent issue that I can no longer ignore, as it will happen again soon. My website provides an online service with paying customers, and this issue is causing me to lose existing as well as new visitors.

It happens again on my live site which I don't have debug log.
I enabled the debug log on my staging environment where I would like to simulate the issue and provide the debug information needed. WIP. Thanks.

Thanks for your reply.

Alright then, please let me know once you have the debug log for further debugging.

Hi,

It happens on the live website again.
I've attached the WP_DEBUG log (please change the ext of the file from jpg to zip).

This time, the following URL is unavailable: hidden link

As I said before, resubmiting the relevant post/page will resolve this issue but it occurse frequently for any other page/post. It is frastrating and the customers complains. Don't know what to do.

This is quite urgent,

Thanks for your reply.

Could you please update the Advanced Custom Fields Multilingual plugin to the latest version and then try again and see if it works correctly?

Thanks.

The ACFM wasn't installed. I installed it (v2.0.5) and enabled it.
As a side note - I don't use ACF in my entire site.

Thanks for your reply.

I apologize for my mistake. I pasted the wrong reply earlier.

I've checked your Website and navigated around and I couldn't replicate the "Internal Server Error".

Is there anything specific that you do that causes the error?

Anyway, I've run some of the options here hidden link and could you try again and see if it works correctly now?

Issue resolved. The issue is the Object Cache. As soon as I went to WordPress Dashboard > Settings > Object Cache and clicked the disable button for the object cache the pages in question worked with no issues even when all WPML plugins were active.
