This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client was unable to send a page and a template for translation into nine languages, including Arabic, Portuguese, Spanish, and Somali, due to an error occurring during the sending process.
Solution:
1. We recommended activating the WordPress debug mode to gather more information about the cause of the error. Detailed steps for this process can be found in the WordPress guide on debugging: https://developer.wordpress.org/advanced-administration/debug/debug-wordpress/
2. After enabling debug mode, the client should attempt to send the content for translation again and check the debug.log file for any fatal errors.
3. We also requested that the client provide a screenshot or a video link demonstrating the error, as it was not included in the initial messages.

Please note that this solution might be outdated or not applicable to your specific case. If the issue persists, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. While one of my teammates addresses your ticket, I will provide you with some initial debugging steps.

Could you please provide more details about the issue? Which language are you translating to? Is it the pre-defined language or a custom one?

In some cases, screenshots can help clarify any confusion or miscommunication. If you would like to share a screenshot, please use the "upload an image" feature located below the comment section.

Hello,
My name is Carlos and I will continue working on this ticket.

1.- Please follow these steps to gather more information about the cause of the error:
- Activate the WordPress debug mode as described in this guide: https://developer.wordpress.org/advanced-administration/debug/debug-wordpress/
- Send the content for translation
- If you get the same problem then check if there is a fatal error at the end of the debug.log file (located within the wp-content folder) .

2.- You mentioned you shared a screenshot but there is no screenshot on your messages. Please share a screenshot or a link with a video where you reproduce, step-by-step, the error.

Looking forward to your message.
