Since we installed WPML our site is very slow in the CMS and browsing site as well

danielA-29	Background of the issue: We are using a WordPress + Elementor + WPML site with a lot of articles and categories. Since we installed the WPML Plugin, translating an article is very slow. Opening a page in Elementor or an article can be very challenging. We installed a cache, but it's still very slow. 50% of the time, the page is not loading well. Can you advise us? Why is the page not loading well even after installing a cache?
