[Resolved] Split: WPML ATE and Elementor - Translation changes not reflecting after clearing Safari cache
This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem: When using WPML with Elementor, after editing a translation in the Advanced Translation Editor (ATE) and refreshing the page in Safari, the changes are not consistently reflected. This issue occurs especially after clearing the Safari cache and refreshing the page multiple times. Solution: Disabling "MemCached" on the server helps If these steps do not resolve the issue or if the solution provided here is outdated or not applicable to your case, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the problem persists, please open a new support ticket here.

Here are the steps for you to replicate some of the issues.
1. I click on the Edit Translation button to revise an existing translation. It opens another tab.
2. I make some changes from within the ATE.
3. From within the Elementor Editor with the translated page already opened in another tab, I clear the Safari cache and refresh the page. There, I see the new version of the translation.
4. If I cycle back to step 1 to make more changes to the translation via another step 2. Step 3 often times no longer reflects the new changes. Sometimes it does, but often it does not.
1. If the issue doesn't occur after the second round, do more rounds until it does. The more you re-edit the translations of a page, the more likely you will end up with all kinds of issues. The reason I make so many afterward changes to the translation of a page is to make sure the number of lines on the French translated page do NOT exceed those of the original English page. Otherwise, it looks unprofessional due to my special page layout.
2. Then, you need to reset the page to get rid of those issues. By reset, I mean, making a small change in the title of the original page, then changing it back to what it was originally.
3. Then, I click on the Edit French page to open the ATE.
4. Review the translations in there, and save.
5. Finally, I go back into Elementor editor (or refresh the page, if it is already open) and check if the changes are appearing.
