This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
The client reported an issue where an automatic translation was stuck with a specific error code.
Solution:
We advised the client to assign automatic translation credits to their site, as the credits were already available in their wpml.org account but not yet assigned. We recommended checking the documentation on how to assign these credits. For detailed steps, please visit: https://wpml.org/documentation/automatic-translation/how-to-assign-automatic-translation-credits-to-your-sites/
If this solution does not resolve your issue, or if it seems outdated or irrelevant to your case, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Should you need further assistance, please do not hesitate to open a new support ticket at WPML support forum.
