Hi,
my site has original language of English and translated to Hungarian. The following page is translated commpletly. Also the media files are translated. In spite of this, the media files have English alt text. Why?

Dont't ask to do a small change in English version and create a new translation job+ translate completly. I've already done. The alt text is still English.

Hello,

this is the ticket I have created, please share access to the staging site so I can check it out further safely.

I would need to disable plugins and make changes to content, to make sure you have a backup.

I have tried to check but I do not see Bricks builder for Products CPTs, probably you need to enable it or for my user.

Please check and let me know when fixed.

You're right. There was a separate section to enable Brickbuilder for you. I did it. I'm sorry for this inconveninces.

thanks for getting back.

I have checked and could see the issue, during this I have found another issue, and seems Bricks content is not being translated correctly to 2nd language, it could be related.

I have opened a new ticket for that and escalated the issue to our compatibility team:

I suggest we wait for further info to that issue and then get back to the image issue in thic ticket, if still happens.

I will update you in a new ticket when there is some news.

Hello,

just to add here, in the meantime as a workaround you can edit the 2nd language page via Bricks and remove/add an image in HU, and it will show the correct ALT text.

Please note if you update the EN page this change will be overwritten, so it only temporary solution

I am trying to test but I can not adjust your code from backend, it is not allowed, nor do I have FTP, please adjust the code and try the workaround.
