This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
You are trying to translate your menu using WPML on a site with BuddyBoss, but the items from the BuddyBoss menu do not appear in the translation interface.
Solution:
1. Ensure that you have installed the BP Classic plugin as it is necessary for translating BuddyBoss menus. You can find the documentation here: https://wpml.org/documentation/related-projects/buddypress-multilingual/#getting-started.
2. If the menu items still do not appear after installing the BP Classic plugin, we recommend adding custom links manually to the menu for the items related to BuddyBoss.

If this solution does not resolve your issue or seems irrelevant due to being outdated or not applicable to your case, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If further assistance is needed, please open a new support ticket at WPML support forum.

Hello,
Thank you for contacting us

1.- Please check if you have installed the BP Classic plugin as described in our documentation: https://wpml.org/documentation/related-projects/buddypress-multilingual/#getting-started

2.- If the issue persists after finishing the previous step, then I'd recommend using custom links in the menu for the items related to BuddyBoss.

Can you tell me the results of the steps described above?

Regards,
Carlos

Thank you for your message.

Basically, you need to manually add the menu item.

1.- Please share the access credentials to the site in your next message so I can follow the same steps.

Confirm you have created a full site backup that you can restore if necessary.

2.- Share some screenshots or the menu item you can't translate so we can fix the issue directly.
