Unable to delete database

I checked the previous chat you mentioned, and the supporter didn't suggest deleting a database. I guess the word was misused. Anyway, if you want to delete a language, you can follow the steps described in this link: https://wpml.org/faq/how-to-completely-remove-a-language-from-your-site/ If that does not work, make a full website backup and follow these steps: 1. Activate the language you want to delete; 2. Delete all its content manually. You can do that, by visiting the tabs where the content is stores (pages, posts, templates), switching the language in the top-bar (clicking on the flag), selecting and deleting all content of the language. 3. Remove all deleted content from the trash; Once it's all removed, you can remove the language. Let me know if there are other questions.
