This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problème :
Le client a rencontré un message d'erreur indiquant que l'éditeur de traduction avancé WPML ne fonctionnait pas et ne pouvait pas se connecter. De plus, le client avait des problèmes pour traduire certains textes sur son site web.

Solution :
Pour le problème de connexion de l'éditeur de traduction, nous avons identifié que le champ obligatoire 'display name' de l'utilisateur WordPress était vide, ce qui empêchait la communication avec notre service. Nous avons résolu ce problème en remplissant ce champ.

I just installed WPML and choose for automatic translating and i have following message error , in french sorry

WPML n’arrive pas à se connecter à l’éditeur de traduction. Si ce message apparaît pour la première fois, veuillez patienter une minute, puis rechargez la page.Si le problème persiste, contactez Assistance WPML pour demander de l’aide et indiquez l’ID de votre site Web : 38376465-3538-5365-b035-643332616662.

Hello!

The problem here stems from a problem in the database and at this point i believe i have to delete a few corrupt entries to make this work again. can you tell me if you had used the editor before or if it's the first time (you can answer in french if you want).

I have enabled the necessary fields on my end so you can provide them to me in a secure and private manner. This way, only the two of us will be able to view them.

If possible and for your safety, i'd suggest you create a new user (a fake one with a fake mail) that you can later delete when the ticket is closed. [Please purchase a license if using P

The problem is that you were missing a mandatory field from WordPress which was creating the issue. the field is the display name found on your user. it was empty so WordPress didn't send anything to our request, making it fail.

Hi, ok it works now, but i already have some text that i cant traduce. I dont know if you can help me?

1- On my homepage : hidden link , check-in date, has to be traduced to : date d'arrivée, in french... also the search button,

This ticket was about the translation editor not working and you confirmed this problem was resolved.

I'll split the ticket to handle the other issues since they are somewhat related (strings that you cna't find how to translate), and also because we have a policy of one issue per ticket.
