This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
The client is experiencing an issue where two homepages menu items are displayed when using the site with the Arabic interface: one in Arabic and another labeled 'HOME' in English.
Solution:
If you're encountering a similar issue with duplicate home page menu items in different languages, we recommend trying the following steps:
1. Sync the menu from WPML >> WP Menu Sync page. For detailed instructions, please refer to our documentation on Automatic Menus Sync by WPML.
2. Go to Appearance >> Menus, switch to the Arabic language using the admin language switcher, select the main menu, remove the extra menu item, and save the changes. You can find more information in the Translating Menus Manually section of our documentation.

Hi, Thank you for contacting WPML Support. I’ve visited your site and I can see the extra English Home menu item in the Arabic language. You should be able to remove it by following the either of the below steps: 1. Please Sync the menu from WPML >> WP Menu Sync page by following the below doc: 2. Please go to Appearance >> Menus, choose the Arabic language using admin language switcher, select the main menu and remove the extra menu item and save it as described in Option 2 section: https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/translating-menus/#option-2-translating-menus-manually 3. If the above steps don’t solve the issue, please provide temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP Login info) to your site (preferably staging site), so that I can look into your setup and debug the issue. Your next answer will be private which means only you and I have access to it. === Please backup your database and website === ✙ I would additionally need your permission to deactivate and reactivate Plugins and the Theme and to change configurations on the site.
