Background of the issue:
I have custom product tabs with additional information on every product on my site hidden link. I am trying to translate these custom product tabs using WPML.
Symptoms:
I cannot find any string from the product description and how to translate anything from the Custom Product Tabs plugin.

On the question -
It is installed an additional plugin to allow custom tabs in woocommerce (usually it comes with one ony) - the name of the plugin is: WooCommerce Product Tabs (Free)

See the product details of english is missing (There is only one tab - "Additional information) while the original version of bulgarian comes with more tabs (you can see 4 tabs): hidden link
i could not add and force to find any of these strings

1) Thanks for your update. I would need to look closely at your site, so I would need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated.

2) It's not related to the issue, but according to your Debug.info, the WP memory limit needs to be increased. PHP memory is fine, but WordPress uses 40Mb as default. The minimum requirements for WPML are 128 MB. (Kindly check this page https://wpml.org/home/minimum-requirements/)

Thanks for the access details. I checked the issue and found that the issue happens in languages with tab keys in non-Latin characters, such as Chinese, Arabic, and Russian.
It works for languages with Latin characters, such as English, German, and French.
In order to fix the issue, please delete the problematic tabs and empty the trash. After that, please translate them with an English title to add an English key.
The last step is to edit the translated tabs manually to update the title.
The issue could be fixed using the steps mentioned in my previous reply. I tried the steps on the Chinese tabs, and they work correctly. (Kindly check the attached screenshot)
