Choose how to determine which language visitors see contents in

Problem:
You are trying to set up 'A different domain per language' in WPML for your site, but the subdomains are indicated as not valid. This issue might be related to the SSL certificates installed on the subdomains being different from the main domain.
Solution:
If you're experiencing this issue, we recommend unchecking the option to validate the domain in the WPML settings. After unchecking, save the changes and verify if the subdomains work correctly on your site. Make sure to check pages that are translated into the secondary language.

emanuele	Background of the issue: I am trying to set the option on 'A different domain per language' in the "Language URL format" section for my site hidden link using WPML but the subdomains are indicated as not valid so I can not do it. Can it be related to the fact that the SSL certificate installed on the main domain is different form the one installed on the subdomains? Symptoms: The subdomains are indicated as not valid. Questions: How can I set up a different domain per language in WPML? Why are my subdomains indicated as not valid when configuring WPML?

Sometimes this message could be a false positive. I recommend unchecking the option to validate domain, save the domains and checking if they are actually working on the site. Ensure that the pages you check are translated to the secondary language.
