Therefore, I consulted our second-tier support team, and they mentioned that the issue might be related to WPengine blocking queries. Could you please reach out to them and request the deactivation of all blocks for a thorough investigation of the issue? I am eagerly awaiting your response. Thank you.

mikeG-21	Hi Shekhar. The WP engine support team has investigated this and they couldn't find any blocking queries that could cause this. They will investigate this further and I will let you know when I have some answers. Regards
