This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client needed to translate a contact URL that was added as a theme option.
Solution:
We recommended the following steps:
1. Navigate to WPML->String Translations.
2. At the bottom of the String Translation table, click on “Translate texts in admin screens”.
3. Search for the strings there.
4. If found, select it and click on “Add to string translation”.
5. Click on “Return to String Translations”.
6. Proceed to translate the URL.

After following these steps, we successfully translated the URL to English.

Hello there,

The contact URL was also added as a theme option so to translate it, I followed the below steps:

- Go to WPML->String Translations
- At the bottom of the String Translation table, click on “Translate link in admin screens”
- Search for the strings there and see if you can find them.
- If you are able to find it, select it and add it using the “Add to string translation” button
- Click on “Return to String Translations”
- Translate it

Then I translated the URL here to English and it's working properly, hidden link
