This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
If you're experiencing an issue where the WPML back end does not display the correct number of assigned credits, despite the WPML dashboard showing a different amount, this might be due to a discrepancy caused by changes in the automatic translation account ID.
Solution:
We recommend checking if a new automatic translation account ID was generated after reinstalling or resetting WPML or WordPress. If so, follow these steps:
1. Visit https://wpml.org/account and use the "add/remove credits" option to move the credits back to your WPML.org account.
2. Navigate to https://wpml.org/account/sites/, remove the current site key, and generate a new one.
3. On your website's backend, go to Plugins > Add New > Commercial, unregister WPML from the old key, and re-register it with the new key.
4. Re-add the credits to your site by following the steps outlined here: https://wpml.org/documentation/automatic-translation/how-to-assign-automatic-translation-credits-to-your-sites/.

If this solution does not resolve your issue or seems irrelevant due to being outdated or not applicable to your case, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the problem persists, please open a new support ticket for further assistance.

Contexte de la question:
I am trying to manage credits on my site dev.watertracks. I bought credits and assigned them to this site, where I previously transferred 2000 bonus credits from hidden link. On the WPML dashboard, I see 80000 credits assigned to dev.watertracks. Here is the link to the page where the issue can be seen: hidden link.

Symptômes:
On the WPML back end of the site, it says I have used my first 2000 credits but does not show the assigned credits. I expected to see 80000 credits, but instead, I got 494 credits from the original 2000 bonus credits.

Questions:
Why are the assigned credits not visible on the WPML back end?
How can I resolve the discrepancy between the WPML dashboard and the back end?

Hi there.

I'm sorry to hear that you are going through this, and I'm here to help you resolve it.

Those credits probably got stuck.

So, please let me explain why I think this situation with the credits might be happening.

When you initially install and set up WPML, an automatic translation account ID is created.

If you uninstall/reset WPML or reinstall/set WordPress from scratch, a new automatic translation account ID will be generated, and the credits will remain in the old account.

On this page (https://wpml.org/account), can you click the "add/remove credits” button and move the credits back to your WPML.org account?

Then, please go here (https://wpml.org/account/sites/) > remove the current site key > generate a new one > then go to your website's backend > Plugins > Add new > Commercial > UNregister WPML from the old key > RE-register WPML with the new key.

Now, you can re-add the credits to your site by following the steps here:
https://wpml.org/documentation/automatic-translation/how-to-assign-automatic-translation-credits-to-your-sites/

Please let me know if that works fine for you.
