This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
If you're experiencing an issue where the WPML back end does not display the correct number of assigned credits, despite the WPML dashboard showing a different amount, this might be due to a discrepancy caused by changes in the automatic translation account ID.
Solution:
We recommend checking if a new automatic translation account ID was generated after reinstalling or resetting WPML or WordPress. If so, follow these steps:
1. Visit https://wpml.org/account and use the "add/remove credits" option to move the credits back to your WPML.org account.
2. Navigate to https://wpml.org/account/sites/, remove the current site key, and generate a new one.
3. On your website's backend, go to Plugins > Add New > Commercial, unregister WPML from the old key, and re-register it with the new key.
4. Re-add the credits to your site by following the steps outlined here: https://wpml.org/documentation/automatic-translation/how-to-assign-automatic-translation-credits-to-your-sites/.
If this solution does not resolve your issue or seems irrelevant due to being outdated or not applicable to your case, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the problem persists, please open a new support ticket for further assistance.
