This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
The automatic translation credits are not appearing on the website, even though they are showing up in the WPML account.
Solution:
The issue was resolved by removing the credits from the site first, generating a new registration key, and re-registering WPML with the new key. This involved removing the credits, generating a new key, and re-registering WPML.

I'm trying to use automatic translation credits but they are not appearing for look-insite.com. I did migrate the site from .org and then swapped instances in AWS lightsail so I've heard that there is sometimes a problem when it has got the same URL. In your help it says to contact customer service. |

Hi I responded by email yesterday but clearly that doesn't work. I also clicked the button saying I still need assistance and yet I've got n email 24 hours later asking if this was resolved. Your suggestions to follow of this FAQ doesn't help because I only recently assigned the credits to the site and I'm not looking to recover them. They are not showing up on the site. I am in a holding pattern before launching this site while I'm waiting for you to answer me. Could you please read my original question again and try to help me to resolve why it shows credits on my site account but doesn't show them up on the site itself. Let's try to move things a bit faster here. 1. Can you please let me know if you were using any other domains before that? For example, if you used any staging/testing domain before moving the site to the initial .org version? 2. I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your current site (where you don't see the credits) to take a better look at the issue. You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it. Our Debugging Procedures I will be checking various settings in the backend to see if the issue can be resolved. Although I won't be making changes that affect the live site, it is still good practice to backup the site before providing us access. In the event that we do need to debug the site further, I will duplicate the site and work in a separate, local development environment to avoid affecting the live site. Hi there. No, the wp-admin was all that I needed. Also, can you please share the other Lightsail URLs that you used before the .org version? |

There was no other URL before.org but there were two separate IP addresses (lightsail instances) connected to the.com. The original one was corrupt and I needed to replace it. You can see the two IP addresses in the attached image. The current instance is on 3.78.160.252 the previous one was 18.185.244.43 |

You can see that it already has credits. There is a message about version 4.5 I'm not sure if that's an issue. |

No, that's just a notice, you are already over that version, you have a newer one. 1. Please select "remove credits" for both records - the credits should return to your account and you should be able to see them here: http://wpml.org/account 2. Now, please go here again (http://wpml.org/account/sites/) and remove the keys. 3. Now, generate a new key for this exact URL: hidden link 4. Now, copy the key and go here (hidden link) > Select the "Unregister WPML from this site" link > then Re-register WPML with the new key that you generated Please let me know once that's ready so that I can look at the credits once again and try to add them for you. Thanks very much Mihai for explaining what to do. I was tempted to try something like that in the beginning, but I didn't have the confidence that I wasn't going to lose all of my existing translations. I do think that you might have suggested this solution sometime earlier, but in the end I'm very happy that it is resolved. I have a small follow-on question. If you look at the image below, I now have the option to translate automatically. Will that replace the existing translations which are already filled in or just the boxes with the plus symbol in them? |

Hi there. I think it should translate just the parts that are still having that + (the parts that are NOT translated yet). If you are using the latest versions of our plugins, you should also be able to UNDO a translation if you don't like it. Mihai |

Many thanks for your help. Yes that did work and I've managed to update all the translations. I'm having one other issue which I hope you don't mind addressing within this thread. It's actually translating the CSS IDs which means I don't know what it is renaming my links to be. Is there a place where I can find where these CSSID translations have been done and correct them?
