Dear Sir, the problem is serious because I don't need to use the store and I still need help.
If I add the product to the cart, I get a 404 error (picture 121)
but not in English or French. Everything is fine here. But with other languages (German, Italian, Slovenian).
If I turn the 404 page back, I get the right one (picture 122/2)
I cleared all cookies, turned off most plugins, tried on different devices and in different browsers, but the error remains. Maybe something to do with PHP?
I would like to ask for your help again
Thank you very much
Robert

Hi Robert,
Thanks for contacting WPML support.

First of all, sorry for the late reply due to a higher workload on the weekend.

1. To ensure the quickest and most accurate support, please provide your debug information so that I can get a look at some of your configurations. You can find it in WPML > Support > click on “Debug information” link. Please check this link for more info: http://wpml.org/faq/provide-debug-information-faster-support/

2. Make sure that you're following our guide to translate the content created with WooCommerce: https://wpml.org/documentation/related-projects/woocommerce-multilingual/

3. Go to Pages > All Pages, and make sure that the cart page is translated into all languages. Then go to Dashboard > Settings > Permalinks, and click the "Save changes" button to resave the Permalinks settings without making any changes.

Let me know please if that helps.

Kind regards,
Mohamed

I would need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) so I can investigate this issue further.
– preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible –

Your next answer will be private, which means only you and I have access to it.

❌ Please backup your database and website before providing us with access details ❌

✙ I would additionally need your permission to de-activate and re-activate Plugins and the Theme and to change configurations on the site if needed. This is also a reason the backup is critical.

✙ I would also need your permission to take a local copy of your site to debug the issue without affecting your live site.

If you don't see the form below, please don't add your credentials as they will be publicly exposed:

Hi Robert,

I imported the site copy to test this issue locally but I can't see this issue on the local server. Please check this recording: hidden link

I uploaded the site copy to one of our testing servers on Cloudways, the issue doesn't occur there either. Please check here: hidden link

Kindly clear the site cache and the server-side cache then check again. If that didn't help, please get in touch with your hosting support and check with them if the server logs show any related errors.

Are you making a fool of me? Try the live trade and you will see the error. I've tried the store on many devices, on many browsers, and the error always occurs. The host also dealt with the bug and found that it is in WPML please fix the bug immediately because I have been waiting for more than 5 days

Hello Robert,

Thank you for getting back to us.

I was able to replicate the issue and did not find any Apache logs tracked while replicating. The issue seems to be related to your Woocommerce settings with the 'add to cart' option for the Woocommerce Multilingual plugin causing the issue. You may need to check on this with your developer or contact Woocommerce to further troubleshoot the issue for you as we do not see anything from the server end causing this. You may refer to the below link for the suggestions on similar issue:

If you or your developer or consultant identify changes needing to be made to the server to accommodate your needs, please let us know and we will be happy to address those needs.

If we can be of any further assistance do not hesitate to contact us. We are available 24/7 to assist you.

Hi,

Kindly note that we will do our best to help you to resolve the issue.

I didn't say that the issue doesn't exist as I can replicate it since my first reply. But as I mentioned, the issue doesn't happen with the site copy I imported locally or on Cloudways. Please feel free to check it yourself here: hidden link

This is why I suggested checking with your hosting support for any errors. Regarding the other ticket you shared with a similar issue, the "Language filtering for AJAX operations" option is already enabled, and disabling it didn't fix the issue on your site.

I'm escalating this issue to our 2nd tier support developers for further investigation and will let you know once I get their reply.

simply say that you are unable to fix the error. And I would ask you to leave it to someone else. I haven't been able to use the site for 5 days because it doesn't work. The damage caused to me is great, and please settle the matter

I apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced. Our developers are already investigating the issue further and I will let you know once I have any updates.

You can't do anything as far as I can see, and your developers even less. All I have to do is submit a WPML application and hope for a refund. Thank you
