Hello,

I have a few things to try, but before:
❌ Please make a full website backup before proceeding ❌

1.
This is probably not related but needed:
Could you please increase your WP Memory limit?
Add this code to your wp-config.php to increase WP memory:

<em> Memory Limit </em>
define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M');

Paste it just before:

<em> That's all, stop editing! Happy blogging. </em>

See here for more information https://wpml.org/home/minimum-requirements/
Note: WPML needs a minimum WP Memory limit of 128M to work only under a minimal environment, which means, with a default theme and no other plugins installed.

2.
Please update WPML and its add-ons. You are using 4.2.5 and it's quite outdated.
I would recommend making sure everything is updated on your site.
Don't ignore the backup warning 🙂

3.
If the issue persists:
This is just to help me identify if it might be a conflict with another plugin or theme that is causing the problem.

** IMPORTANT ** Again ;), Please backup a working copy of site files and database before continuing.

Disable all plugins except WPML-related and then temporarily change the theme to a default WordPress such as Twenty Twenty-five. Is the issue resolved with this setup?

Let me know your results, please.

Best Regards,
Otto

Hello,
I have followed your instructions with increasing memory limit, with deactivating plugins and switching to another theme.
It seems the problem is with:
1. The Event manager plugin.
2. The Simple Sidebar (Genesis) plugin.
3. The Wpvivid plugin.
4. The Genesis theme.
If I deactivate all these four, there are not errors anymore.
How to solve it?

Thanks!

Can you please do the opposite test? Deactivate WPML and check if the issue persists.

Let me know.

Best Regards,
Otto

Hi Otto,
When I deactivate the WPML plugins, the error message still appears.
Thanks, Petr

Hi Petr,

Thanks for the tests.

In that case, the issue is not related to using WPML, so I suggest you check with the support of those plugins.

Best Regards,
Otto
