Problem:
You are trying to translate the footer on your website built with the Divi builder. While the footer appears translated in the editor, it does not display the translation on the live site.
Solution:
If you're experiencing this issue, we recommend that you do not attempt to translate Divi Templates directly within the Divi Theme Builder. Instead, navigate to WPML > Translation Management > Dashboard. Use the dropdown filter at the top left to select the post type (Header Template, Body Template, Footer Template). Then, create a job for the footer template that you wish to translate and access the translation at WPML > Translation to translate the template using the WPML Translation Editor. This method ensures that the correct display condition is set for each template.
