Hi,

Please go to Users > All Users, and make sure that all the user accounts have the following:

- First name
- Valid email format

In some cases, if any of the above is missing, it can cause issues with the WPML translators and shows the error you shared.

Once that is done, please check again if the issue is resolved.

Our Debugging Procedures

I will be checking various settings in the backend to see if the issue can be resolved. Although I won't be making changes that affect the live site, it is still good practice to backup the site before providing us access. In the event that we do need to debug the site further, I will duplicate the site and work in a separate, local development environment to avoid affecting the live site.

Thank you for providing us with those details.

I checked it and there was a username without a name applied to it. Please check the screenshot in the private reply above.

I went ahead and added a name and saved it. I purged the cache and now when I go to the basket queue I no longer see the warning. Please test it again.

With regard to the memory limit, given our policy of keeping one issue per ticket, I created a split of this ticket and addressed this issue in there: https://wpml.org/forums/topic/split-wp-memory-shows-warning-even-though-128mb-is-apploed/

Finally, regarding the basket icon, it is showing because you sent those strings for translation in Translation Management. For the icon to change, please go to WPML -> Translation Management -> Translation Basket. You'll see 'Search for products' in there waiting for you to send it for translation or clear it from the basket.

I apologize.

I double-checked this and ultimately the issue was caused because the user 'polzevo11@gmail.com' didn't have languages pairs applied in WPML -> Translation Management -> Translators.

I went ahead and added the language pairs and now the issue is fixed.

Yes work,
But I have a new bag.
If I add 'string' to basket is OK. Go to: 'Translate management' click on translator still OK
But now I do not see anything on WPMLL - translator, but I received on mail following message of WP:

Hello there,

You can check the pending jobs by going to WPML -> Translation Managements -> Jobs and clicking on status. I can see three jobs still in progress in there, please check the screenshot.

You can disable the notification by going to WPML -> Settings -> Translation Notifications -> Notification emails to translators.

Please notice that being the translator manager, you'll also receive notifications unless you disable them in the same page by the section 'Notification emails to the translation manager'.

NO !!! it doesn't work. From basket come to Translate manger - translate, but after translate nothing.
The 3 translate in job - status are old and I don't need to translate. Please see E_mail;

I apologize but I wasn't able to understand what's incorrect from your last reply.

Could you please elaborate a little more on this issue, so I can better understand? E.g. Is there an error message, what are the steps you've tried, etc.

Sometimes screenshots illustrating what you mean may go a long way to clarify what words fail to transmit, so if you like, make use of “upload an image” below the comment area.

I explain everything.
1. I add strings in basket WPML strin translation OK see baskets
2. Go to Translate management - translator blinking OK
3. Sent translation to WPML - Translation and now!!! nothing;"? only email
There should be strings for translate: Item, Items, search for products,... for translation on 5 languages.
