I always get 301 on pages that haven't a translation, and Google indexing it and know that we have 301 for these pages.. how can I prevent it for pages with no translation?

Hello,

you can set the page post type to show as translated in 2nd language, via our fallback option:

- https://wpml.org/documentation/translating-your-contents/displaying-untranslated-content-on-pages-in-secondary-languages/

or from WPML > Languages > Language switcher options > Enable option "Link to home of language for missing translations"
