Hi, the product slug in 2nd language, in this case German, is not going correctly. See hidden link

For some reason %produkt_katze% is not being replaced with the correct category.

Please assist.

Hi,

This is still an issue on live webshop. Products in DE generate a 404 error.
Can I share the credentials to the live site?

Hi,

I see you are using Cloudflare to manage DNS, please try to clear the cache there and check this issue again.
If it does not work, I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at the issue. Your next reply is set to private to share the info.

✙ I would need your permission to de-activate and re-activate Plugins and the Theme to change configurations on the site if needed. This is also a reason the backup is critical.

Hi,

I've tried some steps as I did on your staging site and not see it helped. Then I make a quick test, enable the German language > Visit the site in Incognito mode > Still do not see the German language on the site (now I disable/hidden German language).

So I think it should be a caching issue, somewhere else on your hosting, plugin or Cloudflare. Can you please ensure the Cloudflare cache is clear or you can try to disable it for a while and recheck the issue?
Also, please contact your hosting support and ask them for clearing the cache on their side.

Hi Long,

I've enabled DE on live webshop and I see the flag in the menu. hidden link

Products however are not loading but generate a 404. Also after clearing all caches present.

That's strange because that issue is fixed on your staging site with the same steps. For the next step, please try to migrate your site to a test server (Cloudways). If it is OK with you, we can migrate your site to further debugging without any risk.

To migrate, please follow these simple steps:
- Install this plugin on your site: Cloudways WordPress Migrator (https://wordpress.org/plugins/bv-cloudways-automated-migration/).
- After you activate it, you will be redirected to the migration form.

Hi,

I fix the issue on your site by changing the product permalink to "Shop base with category". Currently, it looks like tag base with category: a missing dash in the text "yogakleding". Please check this screenshot hidden link

Now you can see the products in the German language displayed properly in frontend.

Thanks for your help. How come this was not an issue on the staging website and why was English working without any issue?

You also changed it on production right? I'm not entirely sure what you did. Did you add a / before yogakleding?

Hi,

Yes, I change the product permalink in Settings > Permalink, from "/yogakleding/%product_cat%/" to "/yogak-leding/%product_cat%/", a dash as you see.
It was applied to the staging site before so we can see it works there.
