Hi,

I had clients reporting that they were not able to order because not variations were shown and its a fact, when I change the language they disappear but I have all attributes translated...

How can I fix it? Please check screenshots 1 and 2.

Thank you

Hello There,
Thanks for contacting WPML Support. I will try my best to assist you in this matter.

I understand the issue you're having. It appears the variations aren't properly synchronized across languages, which is why the variations aren't showing properly in the Translated products. Please follow the steps mentioned below and check if that helps to solve the issue.

- Please go to the "WooCommerce > WooCommerce Multilingual > Status" section.
- Scroll down and you'll see a link named "troubleshooting". Click on that.
- Select the options mark in this screenshot(hidden link) and click on the "Start" button. Prior to that, make sure to take a backup.

Please wait until the process is finished. It will adjust the relationship between the variation across languages and hopefully, will fix the issue.

Let me know the update. I will be happy to help if you need further assistance in this matter.

Best regards,
Prosenjit

Hi,

Thank you for your quick answer!

I've checked but couldn't find the troubleshoot section in the WooCommerce > WooCommerce Multilingual tabs, as you can see here: hidden link

Please let me know what to do.

Thank you
