I have a template called "Page with Sidebar Right Gallery". When I try to translate it with the translation editor, it shows nothing to translate and "NaN% Complete" at the bottom. |

Hi, Could you please check if the issue occurs in another browser as well? If it does, please create a copy or staging environment and deactivate all plugins except WPML. Let me know if the issue still persists afterward. Best regards, |

yes, it persists in a different browser and after deactivating all other plugins. you can see the details of a staging environment for your use in the original ticket https://wpml.org/forums/topic/fully-translated-page-is-blank/ . however this is a branch taken out from where I am currently working, so if you fix anything there we need to follow on what you did in order to be able to fix it in my current environment. also please notice that the login link to the staging should have wp-admin at the end instead of start-here because the "WPS Hide Login" plugin is deactivated. |

Hi, thanks for the info. The credentials from that linked ticket are already removed, as the ticket is confirmed as resolved. I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at the issue. It would be better to a testing site where the issue is replicated. You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it. Maybe I'll need to replicate your site locally. For this, I’ll need to temporarily install a plugin called “Duplicator” or "All in One WP Migration" on your site. This will allow me to create a copy of your site and your content. Once the problem is resolved I will delete the local site. Let me know if this is ok with you. IMPORTANT Best Regards, |

Hi, I can't confirm that this issue is caused by WPML. I was unable to reproduce the problem when using the TwentyTwenty-Four theme as parent theme hidden link">Link to the editor. The blocks appear as expected in the translation editor, and the completion percentage is displayed correctly. It seems the issue occurs only with your child theme, likely due to custom modifications. Best regards, |

but the problem still persists in my site (not the copy that I provided to you), even after I disabled all the plugins and changed the theme to 2024. Please provide a secure form so that I can send you the login details. |

Hello, Could you confirm if your staging environment is an exact replica of the live site, or if there are any differences (such as configurations, memory limits, PHP versions, etc.)? Access to the live site won’t be helpful, as I can’t debug directly on it. Best regards, |
