This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
Translation page design was broken. Translation page sliders was not working and content was all pushed down.
Solution:
- Issue was not related to WPML.
- The Zakra theme setting for pages sidebar layout at Appearance -> Customizer -> Global -> Layout -> Sidebar Layout was changed from third ( sidebar to right ) to No sidebar and the issue is resolved.

This is the technical support forum for WPML - the multilingual WordPress plugin.
Everyone can read, but only WPML clients can post here. WPML team is replying on the forum 6 days per week, 22 hours per day.
Now, can you please try the following and see if it fixes the issue:
- Edit the page with the issue in primary/English language.
- Update it by adding an extra space or character in the title or content so as to trigger a translation update.
- Edit the translation or translate the page and complete it again.
If the issue persist, I will need a few more details to troubleshoot the issue.
- Did it started randomly or only after you changed something on the site like updated, installed plugins or changed settings?
- Will it be possible for you to provide me with the site access so that I can check the issue further? If okay, please backup the site completely to prevent any issues then share the site access credentials through the private reply for you to share the credentials securely.
I updated the file wp-config.php and added on the last line:
define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M');
Now in WordPress, it shows 256M
Thank you for seeing this issue.
But the issue is still on the HOME page in second language Japanese.
Only this page is missing the right display (CSS or script).
When I wanted to do your trick to edit and add a space in the name of the HOME page in English, I received this message in a POPUP:
"
This page that you are editing is being translated right now. If you edit now, some or all of the translation for this page may be missing. It's best to wait until translation completes, then edit and update the translation.
"
I can provide you the access of the backend. Could you please send me the protected form.
Anyway, thanks for your help so far. Please find attached a screenshot of PAGES in WordPress.
The Home page needs to be updated, but when we try to update all the fields are empty.
I can provide you the access of the backend. Could you please send me the protected form.
Can you please click on the "I understand - continue editing" button when you see the "This page that you are editing is being translated right now....." warning then try the steps I sent in my previous reply linked next to see if it helps?
If it does not helps, I would need to take a closer look at your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated.
I have enabled a private reply for you to share the credentials securely, which means only you and I have access to it.
IMPORTANT: Please take a complete backup of the site first to avoid data loss.
✙ I would additionally need your permission to make a copy of the site with plugins like Duplicator and deploy it in my local machine to test the issue further.
The design seem to be broken due to the theme settings.
I went to Appearance -> Customizer -> Global -> Layout -> Sidebar Layout then set the first layout instead of the third one that you had selected for pages and it seems to fix the issue.
