Thank you for contacting WPML support. I'll be happy to help you with this.

Can you show me a few examples of the links?

A custom link can be translated by clicking the "+" icon on the translate menu and navigating to the item menu to add the translated link.

If this is not what you are asking, can you please elaborate a little more so I can better understand? Sometimes screenshots illustrating what you mean may go a long way to clarify what words fail to transmit so if you like make use of "upload an image" below the comment area.

Hello Andrey

I hope you are doing well.

Check the attachment to see which custom meu I'm willing to translate.

I want to translate it with WP menu sync.

Please, could you check it for me?

Best regards

Thank you for the update.

You can translate the URLs and labels of custom links in two ways:

1) Manually from the Appearance → Menu page.

https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/translating-menus/#option-2-translating-menus-manually

2) By syncing the menu structure and then using WPML String Translation to translate the URL and label of the custom menu item.

https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/translating-menus/#translating-custom-links

You mentioned that you want to translate with WP Menus Sync. So, after you do it, you need to make sure to go to WPML >> String Translation page and translate your custom links from there.

I suggest reading this article I shared with you.
