We want to export all products of the current main language (Greek) with wpallexport (or any other tool), translate them in (English) outside WPML and the import them back.
Our concern is that in your guide wpallimport needs products and categories to be imported as "new products", we do not wish to do that since we have already created the products inside woocommerce and the website is live. We want to import the translations back into existing products.

Yes, for WP All import you need to import content in the main language also, you can not import translation to existing conent. If that is something you do not wish, maybe you can try another option:
