Hello! We have faced some problems. We added the translation of taxonomy Models to Russian, but got the following message: "Some taxonomy terms are out of sync between languages. This means that content in some languages will not have the correct tags or categories. In order to synchronize the taxonomies, you need to go over each of them from the following list and click the "Update taxonomy hierarchy" button. Models" But when clicking on "Models" it sends us to taxonomy translation page and it says: "The taxonomy hierarchy is already synchronized." Confusing, because it shows: no models found neither originals nor translations. The screenshots are attached below. Please, help to solve this problem. We need the models to appear on taxonomy translation and the hierarchy of translation to synchronyze. Thanks, waiting your response. The link to my site: hidden link |

Hello, I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at the issue. You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it. Our Debugging Procedures I will be checking various settings in the backend to see if the issue can be resolved. Although I won't be making changes that affect the live site, it is still good practice to back-up the site before providing us access. In the event that we do need to debug the site further, I will duplicate the site and work in a separate, local development environment to avoid affecting the live site. Regards, |

Hello Carlos! We need you help once again please. We have deleted all the Russian translations of the Models taxonomy. Still, in the admin panel -> section Cars --> Models --> Russian it shows us (8) pieces, but no content visible (see screenshot attached). And again error message is shown "No synchronization of Models between languages". Please help us solve this issue! Thank you in advance! |

Hi there, I started to check the error, however, the site throws a fatal error when I deactivated all plugins (my goal was to check if the issue disappeared in a minimal setup). Could you restore a copy of the site or double-check if the issue disappeared on your side? Regards, |
