Hello I have installed the Roofix theme on my website , this theme has many built-in elements, after creating a website through these elements, WPML is not able to recognize the content created by these elements and translate it accordingly.hidden link
I understand the issue you're having. I have thoroughly checked the homepage page and found that several widgets on that page are part of the theme you're using, Roofix. Please be informed that this theme is not listed in our compatible theme directory. You can verify it from here: https://wpml.org/theme/
So, there is a high chance that the WPML support may not be integrated into the widgets you've added, which is why, the contents added through those widgets aren't showing in the translation editor.
However, the good news is, we do have a solution on hand. We have a tool available that can assist in creating the necessary configuration code for these custom widgets with just a few clicks. This tool is designed to reduce the time and effort of manually registering custom Elementor widgets by writing configurations for each one. To use this tool and better understand the process of registering widgets, kindly refer to the instructions in this documentation: https://wpml.org/documentation/related-projects/wpml-compatibility-test-tools-plugin/registering-custom-elementor-widgets-for-translation/
Once the widget configuration is added, you should be able to translate the contents from the Translation editor. Please give it a try and if you have any further questions or need assistance, please feel free to let me know. I will be happy to help.
Best regards,
Prosenjit
