This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
When I select all strings for context toolset-forms-32761, and click the button "Delete selected strings" I expect all those strings to be deleted.

Instead, I got:
Clicking the button "Delete selected strings" has no effect.
Solution:
Updating the plugins solved the problem. It's a bit weird, since I have deleted many strings in the past. But as long as it's working, I'm fine with that!

I am trying to:
Translate strings/delete strings

Link to a page where the issue can be seen:
hidden link

I expected to see:
When I select all strings for context toolset-forms-32761, and click the button "Delete selected strings" I expect all those strings to be deleted.

Instead, I got:
Clicking the button "Delete selected strings" has no effect.

Furthermore, some of the existing strings are not able to be translated. They have the black settings cog beside them. Clicking on any of them just scrolls you to the top of the page.

I had a similar issue (not being able to change those translations) on our dev site, but was able to work around it (shouldn't be necessary!) by deleting all the strings for that form, and saving the form again. Unfortunately, on our production environment, I can't because the Delete selected strings button is not working.

Happy to give you access to have a look...

Hey there,

Welcome to the WPML support forum!

As a quick test, could you please try to update WPML and String Translation? We have just released new versions for them. You can do it in your Plugins -> Add New -> Commercial tab - just click on 'check updates'.

If still not solved, I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at the issue. You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it.

Our Debugging Procedures

I will be checking various settings in the backend to see if the issue can be resolved. Although I won't be making changes that affect the live site, it is still good practice to backup the site before providing us access. In the event that we do need to debug the site further, I will duplicate the site and work in a separate, local development environment to avoid affecting the live site.

Privacy and Security Policy

We have strict policies regarding privacy and access to your information. Please see:
https://wpml.org/purchase/support-policy/privacy-and-security-when-providing-debug-information-for-support/

**IMPORTANT**

- Please make a backup of site files and database before providing us access.
- If you do not see the wp-admin/FTP fields this means your post & website login details will be made PUBLIC. DO NOT post your website details unless you see the required wp-admin/FTP fields. If you do not, please ask me to enable the private box. The private box looks like this: hidden link

Please, let me know if you need any additional details. Have a nice day.
