This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client was unable to see a newly added translated product on the WooCommerce shop page in languages other than the original language, Swedish.

Solution:
1. We acknowledged the client's workaround of publishing the product in all languages from the admin product page.
2. We identified that the issue was likely due to a glitch during the translation process, where the URL for the translated pages was incorrect, showing a query string format instead of the correct permalink structure.
3. We confirmed that the normal procedure for translating products is detailed in our documentation: Translating Products Automatically.
4. We advised the client to follow the normal translation procedure and to contact us if the issue reoccurs.

If this solution doesn't look relevant to your situation, please open a new support ticket.

Hi Mihai,

I made a similar product in parallel. The product I made works after I pressed "publish" for the product in all languages in the admin product page. I guess this in not the recommended way to do it?
I have a similar issue with the picture in the header for each product. The settings I enter in the Swedish admin product page does not transfer to the other languages.
Anyway. Now it works, but our thoughts would be welcome.

Hi there and thank you for the update.

What you did is great. I can also see that there's not 2 products, but just one. From what I can see in the backend, you set that one as "Draft".

Something weird happened with the initial translation of the initial product, something got stuck at some point.

The main issue was this: that the URL for the translated pages was NOT like this (hidden link - this is the correct form), but it was looking like this (hidden link).

And that is why only an admin could see it, because it was acting like the product is NOT translated, even though it showed translated 100% and published in all languages. Something definitely went wrong with that process - probably the server hanged for a few milliseconds when the translation was in the process of creating so things did not work normal.

The normal procedure to translate products is explained here:
https://wpml.org/documentation/related-projects/woocommerce-multilingual/#translating-products-automatically

So I think that you did what was normal but something got stuck with that product in the process of creating the translation.

Please do not hesitate to get back to us in case you will experience this issue again.

Have a lovely rest of the day!
