This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is unable to start automatic translations on WPML after assigning credits, receiving a persistent message to recheck credits.
Solution:
If you're experiencing this issue, we recommend you try the following steps to resolve it:
1. Visit your WPML account at https://wpml.org/account/sites/
2. Delete any previous registrations of your site.
3. Unregister your site by navigating to: your-doain.com/wp-admin/plugin-install.php?tab=commercial
4. Click on 'Register this site', which will direct you to re-register at https://wpml.org/account/sites/
5. Copy the new site key and enter it on your site at: your-domain.com/wp-admin/plugin-install.php?tab=commercial

This solution might be irrelevant if it's outdated or not applicable to your case. We highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the issue persists, please open a new support ticket at WPML support forum.

Background of the issue:
I have renewed my license and assigned 89000 credits to the site anilhas.com. I am trying to start automatic translations using WPML.

Symptoms:
When I try to start automatic translations, I click on 'Recheck my credits and continue translating,' but it does not proceed. I keep getting the message: 'Credits ready? When you're done assigning credits on WPML.org, recheck your credits to continue with automatic translation.'

Questions:
Why can't I start the automatic translations after assigning credits?
How do I resolve the issue with the 'Credits ready?' message?

Hi,

Please proceed as follows, and this should resolve the issue. The credits will then be displayed on hidden link.

Please try to re-register the site.

1. Go to your account here https://wpml.org/account/sites/

2. Delete any other instance of this site's registration.

3. On your site, unregister the site. You can do it here: hidden link

4. Press the 'Register this site' option.

5. This will open in a new tab at https://wpml.org/account/sites/, enabling you to register hidden link.

6. Copy the new site key and add it to the field on your site here: hidden link
