The client is unable to start automatic translations on WPML after assigning credits, receiving a persistent message to recheck credits.
Solution:
If you're experiencing this issue, we recommend you try the following steps to resolve it:
1. Visit your WPML account at https://wpml.org/account/sites/
2. Delete any previous registrations of your site.
3. Unregister your site by navigating to: your-doain.com/wp-admin/plugin-install.php?tab=commercial
4. Click on 'Register this site', which will direct you to re-register at https://wpml.org/account/sites/
5. Copy the new site key and enter it on your site at: your-domain.com/wp-admin/plugin-install.php?tab=commercial
This solution might be irrelevant if it's outdated or not applicable to your case. We highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins.
